01 — Reliability
Over 50 years of experience
in tool making
Our business history dates back to 1973, when László Slezák obtained his trade license and began working independently as a toolmaker. In 1998, the present-day SLEZÁK Szerszámkészítő Kft. was established. Today, we operate at a Budapest site of more than 1,000 m² with a team of 30 professionals, providing reliable toolmaking and plastic injection molding services.

The business moved to an approximately 150 m² site in Budapest’s 14th district. Plastic injection molding also began at this time, initially for in-house testing of molds manufactured by the company.
1993
1998
The present-day SLEZÁK Szerszámkészítő Kft. was established.
1999
The company acquired its first CNC machine: an NCT FV 30 CNC milling machine.
2000
The company moved to its current site in Budapest’s 10th district. The tool shop and injection molding plant operated on a combined area of approximately 620 m².
Two brand-new ARBURG injection molding machines were commissioned.
2008
2015
A DMG MORI HSC 30 high-speed precision CNC machining center was acquired.
A Micro-Vu Vertex optical coordinate measuring system was commissioned.
2016
Warehouse capacity at the site increased by approximately 550 m².
2017
The ARBURG ALS production management system was introduced in the injection molding plant.
2018
2019
A DMG MORI CLX 450 V4 CNC lathe with live tooling and Y-axis was acquired.
To meet a surge in customer demand, the company temporarily increased its workforce by more than 30%.
2023
1973
László Slezák obtained his trade license and began working independently in a 31 m² basement workshop in Budapest’s 7th district. The company’s main activity was toolmaking.
