01.
TOOLMAKING
Product and tool design, engineering services
Our plastic injection molding plant, equipped with modern Arburg machines and peripherals, is primarily specialized in the production of high-tech plastic products, but also has significant experience in the processing of general plastic raw materials. Our products are used in the electronics industry, medical technology and many other areas. Our own tooling plant ensures the continuous maintenance of our tools. We undertake both small and large series production with product weights ranging from 1 to 500 g.

three-dimensional forming tool design and manufacturing
We work with constantly updated CAD/CAM software (PTC Creo, Inventor, Hypermill, etc.), the decades of experience and regular training of our colleagues guarantee the implementation of high-quality, optimal and precision tool solutions. If necessary, we also provide engineering advice in the field of tool design and material selection.
During tool manufacturing and tool testing, it is often necessary to modify and optimize the injection molding tool immediately and on-site, which we can perform and test on site in our tool shop.
If required, we can also create a trial tool and filling test, or a 3D simulation, before producing the serial tool.
We also undertake electrode production.
When making a new tool, we strive for the shortest lead times from ordering to sampling, adhering to the main process steps.
We also undertake the renovation, modification and testing of existing tools.
Electrode production
We provide the production of graphite and copper electrodes for high-precision electric discharge machining operations, which guarantee the exact fit to the geometry of the injection molding tool constructions, as well as the required surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the finished product.

Metalworking and machining
With our modern machining equipment - including block and wire EDM - we manufacture complex components reliably, in reproducible quality, in accordance with the highest precision requirements and based on customer needs.
Custom tool and device manufacturing
We undertake the design and manufacture of custom-made tools and devices, as well as the complete implementation of stamping and bending tools.
Our solutions are driven by efficiency, reliability and continuous optimization of production processes.

INJECTION MOLDING PLANT / INJECTION MOLDED PLASTIC PRODUCT MANUFACTURING
Injection molding plant / Injection molded plastic product production
Our high-precision machinery consists of electric and servo-hydraulic injection molding machines, which represent the standard of modern industrial technology. Thanks to our machinery with different operating principles and sizes, we produce products from various polymer raw materials and for various industries.
Through our advanced production management system, we manage small and medium-sized batch production flexibly for our customers, ensuring efficient and controlled workflows and on-time delivery.
Our quality assurance team, supported by modern measuring instruments, guarantees the conformity of our products with 100% inspection if necessary. Our toolmaking plant continuously ensures the maintenance of the tools in our production.

PROTOTYPING
3D scanning
With high measurement (±10 μm) and repeatability (±2 μm), full 360° scanning of existing parts and tools, where the geometry can be compared with the 3D CAD file data. With the help of AI, deformations, warping and actual deviations can be visualized. The high-quality 3D data captured enables fast and easy reverse engineering, which can shorten part/tool modification iterations in many cases.

Prototype tool design and manufacturing
For small quantities, we provide rapid prototyping with a 1-cavity sample tool and the final stock. The estimated life of these tools is typically under ~5000 pieces.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality assurance
For us, quality is not an after-sales check, but an integral part of the production process. In our measuring laboratory, we ensure the appropriate finished product quality from tooling to injection molding with calibrated measuring instruments, high-precision 3D Vertex optical and Keyence VL-800 laser measuring machines, various product-specific tests and halogen moisture measurement of granules.
